In stock, non special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus complete shipping cost (roundtrip).
Any processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% cancelation refund fee unless the product was not available to ship within a timely manner. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.

Customer service was 100% awesome. They answered back in a timely manner. I purchased in August and recieved the supercharger the very end of November. Kit was well packaged, large instructions with pictures. Was missing 3 or 4 clamps 3 big 1 little. I had to improvise. I always recommend buying through Kamispeed. They kept me well updated. I've installed the HKS supercharger kit. Install took from 3PM-12pm (also installed HKS sparkplugs and 450cc Injectors) the hardest part was getting the bottom of the stock intake out, had to remove the battery and battery support and had to cut it out which took about 30-40 mins. Supercharger runs very well and makes the CRZ a lot .ore fun to drive. Hope this helps! I also drive a 2016 CVT, negative is that gas mileage goes down but well worth it!
