During the process of venting crankcase pressure back into your intake track, significant amounts of oil vapor can accumulate in your intake tube, intake manifold runners, and even dilute your fuel, lowering its octane level. This issue occurs in all engines but is especially problematic in forced induction vehicles (supercharged and turbocharged), where crankcase pressures are elevated. To address this, we have developed our own oil separator. Milled from solid billet aluminum, this component is incredibly durable. It features a knurled tank base for easy removal when it's time to drain the spent oil, along with an O-ring seal to prevent leaks. The filtering mechanism employs a fine mesh stainless steel screen that captures small oil vapors. These vapors are released only when they are heavy enough to fall. Afterward, they pass through a 1/2" thick, 1/16" aluminum honeycomb filter, allowing them to grow even larger before they settle at the bottom. By the time the oil makes it through the filter, it is too heavy to be reintroduced into the intake. The tank has a capacity of 3 ounces. While this may not seem like a lot, you shouldn't expect to see that much oil in your PCV system. We recommend draining it every 2,000 to 3,000 miles, ensuring that you never come close to filling it.

In stock, non special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus complete shipping cost (roundtrip).
Any processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% cancelation refund fee unless the product was not available to ship within a timely manner. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
